This seems to be the only way I can contact Archos about a problem I am having.
I recently bought an ASUS Memo HD10, ME302C. I installed the purchased program Archos Video version 7.5.22 on the tablet. It worked great. Then there was a system update from ASUS. Following the upgrade, Archos Video would no longer play videos. It got as far as loading 100% of the video, then displayed the message “cannot play video unknown error”. It does no matter if the video is local on device, or from a network storage device.
Other video players, such as Gallery or BSPlayer, work just fine. Just Archos Video is having problems.
The following is information about the current configuration of the tablet.
ASUS Model number ME302C
Firmware version 51.31
Android version 4.2.2
Kernel version 3.4.21-00001-gc48a6fd

Is there any way to fix this problem?
Also, I tried to install the Free Archos Video from the Google Play Store, and during installation got the message “Unknown error code during application install “-110””
