I have a question; I'm willing to buy Archos or Arnova but only if Adobe photoshop can be installed onn it. Is it possible to install Photoshop on Archos?

Adobe Photoshop Express is available for free on Android Market (now named Google Play Store) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.psmobile

It's a _very limited_ version about Photoshop aimed to tablets and mobile devices.

 

You'll be able to install it right away on tablets that support Android Market, that is Archos G9 and Archos 70b IT. Older models and Arnova machines does not have Android Market and provide another marketplace application called Appslib. It offers less applications than Android Market and does not have Photoshop Express. You should be able to install Android Market on these devices thru the use of a custom firmware (device specific).
