Anybody have the idea why ma Childpad AN7DG3 capacitive is not charging? When the charger is plugged in, the red led comes on and the device begins to boot but after a few seconds, the red led turn green as if fully charged and the device goes off.

I had the same problem. Take a 2 amp charger. When the tablet is completely empty, the original battery charger has to charge no more strength.

Hi,

does anybody know if there is a way that tablet should not automatically turn on after connecting it to AC (plug the charger in to power source)?

Thank you!

Most Archos & Arnova tablets automatically turn on when connected to AC charger, they do it by design on the electronic circuits. I don't think there's a way to change that.
