Hyundai T7 quad-core Exynos 4412 tablet gets Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update (beta)

Shipping with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, the manufacturer promised an Android Jelly Bean update, which has just been published in the form of a Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean beta release.

Firmware update procedure

Installing a new firmware update is simple:
  • unpack the content of this archive and copy all the files to the root of a micro-sdcard
  • power down your Hyundai T7 tablet
  • press Vol- and Power buttons at the same time for two seconds
  • the tablet should start the firmware upgrade process
  • after two minutes the update is finished and the tablet gets shutdown
  • press Power button to start the tablet, this first boot is a little longer than usual (about 1 or 2 minutes)
  • after the boot has finished, enjoy Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on your Hyundai T7 tablet
