FCC shares the 80xs photos, shows us what’s inside

FCC has just made the 80xs photos public. While there is nothing new to see on the outside because the 80xs was already launched officially a few weeks ago, it is interesting to see the internals. When opened up, it looks like all the space is filled up with hardware to make the thin design possible.

80xs-internal2Speaking of the battery capacity, it looks like there are two batteries of 8.58Wh and 8.98Wh placed inside. By converting Wh to mAh, we get about 4750 mAh which is about average for 8″ tablets. iPad Mini has 4500 mAh at the same voltage with pretty good battery life.
