Well, 250GB version is not yet even visible on their website, it is the 16GB that is out of stock now. But well, you can trust amazon, please note that it comes with Android 3.2 and 512MB of RAM in the settings, you will have to update manually to ICS to get 1GB available.

The 101 G9 Turbo ICS with 250 Gb should be released soon, I don’t know about the 80 G9.
