The Arnova 10 features an LCD screen offering a resolution of 1 024 x 600 pixels in 16 millions colors.
It offers a good contrast and has a matte aspect, compared to glossy screen on Archos 101. Viewing angles seems to be a little better than the Archos 101.

The screen touch is using a resistive technology offering a single point entry, it is reasonably reactive for a resistive screen, but does not compare to a capacitive model.

Here is a quick video comparing the resistive touchscreen on the Arnova 10 to the capacitive touchscreen on the Archos 101 IT. You will easily notice the advantage of capacitive technology in term of responsivness and input (1 versus 2 points).
